A place for everything
Start with a location, add a storage place, then record what is inside. It is the same way you organise your home, with a useful record to help you find things later.
1. Location
A room or area, such as the kitchen, office, garden or loft.
2. Storage place
A cupboard, drawer, box, shelf or other place within that location.
3. Item
The thing you want to keep track of, with its details, photos and attachments.

Find belongings: search your inventory and follow an item’s location and storage path.
Keep the useful details: attach photos, receipts and documents to your records.
Label your storage: use QR and barcode labels to connect physical places with your inventory.
Keep a copy: export CSV records and create backups from the app.

One annual subscription helps fund continued development of Boxfolio. Pricing shown is for the UK; your App Store displays the price for your region.
An active subscription lets you add, edit and organise your inventory. If it expires, your inventory becomes read-only: you can still view your records and export your data.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. Manage or cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings.
